Application Suitability
- The Clean Eyre Monitoring System is designed to function effectively only when installed on properly designed and maintained Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems and associated equipment.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the LEV system and dust collector are suitable for the intended application and meet all relevant safety and operational standards.
System Assessment and Approval
- Prior to installation, the customer agrees to provide full specifications and details of the LEV system to allow Clean Eyre to assess its compatibility with the monitoring solution.
- Clean Eyre reserves the right to decline installation if the system is deemed unsuitable or non-compliant with applicable design and safety criteria.
Installation Prerequisites
- Installation of the monitoring system will only proceed on systems that have been inspected and verified as properly designed and functional by a qualified engineer.
- Any modifications or upgrades required to meet the necessary standards are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be completed before installation.
Performance Guarantees
- The Clean Eyre Monitoring System is designed to provide accurate data and real-time alerts when installed on compliant systems. However, no guarantees of performance can be made if the underlying LEV system or dust collector is incorrectly designed, improperly maintained, or otherwise unfit for purpose
Customer Responsibilities
- The customer agrees to maintain the LEV system and associated equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and relevant industry standards.
- Any changes to the LEV system that may affect the performance of the monitoring system must be communicated to Clean Eyre in advance for review and potential recalibration.
Liability
- Clean Eyre accepts no liability for issues arising from installation on systems that do not meet the required standards.
- Clean Eyre shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or non-performance caused by customer failure to ensure compatibility or compliance with installation prerequisites.
Acceptance of Terms
- By proceeding with the purchase and installation of the Clean Eyre Monitoring System, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
